CanCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in WRITING at least two weeks prior to any scheduled event and will incur a 25% service fee. Due to Association agreements and guarantees, no refunds will be made on registration fees less than two weeks prior to the event. Registration fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the event for which you are registered.
If a refund is given, it is given in the same format as received: if paid by check, refund is by check; if paid by credit card, refund goes through that card.

Celebrating 59 Years!
Reserve Your Exhibit Booth for NHWPCA's 2026 Annual Trade Fair at the Sheraton Nashua Hotel on Friday, April 10th. The trade fair will be held in the Grand Ballroom and we invite you to display your products and services to NHWPCA's members and guests. Exhibit Space is limited so please register early.
Exhibitors may set-up after 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 9th or 7:00 AM on Friday, April 10, 2026. A complimentary continental breakfast will be served for exhibitors during set-up on Friday morning.
Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis when payment for the space has been received! No Exceptions!
Electricity connections are limited and available for additional fee. Please indicate if you need electricity on your registration. An optional buffet luncheon will also be offered at 12noon on Friday and may be added to the registration.
NHWPCA will hold its annual raffle after the luncheon. All exhibitors are encouraged to participate and increase your company’s exposure by donating a raffle prize.
ACCOMMODATIONS: A block of rooms have been reserved at the Nashua Sheraton for a discounted rate of $159.00 per night plus tax. Please call the Sheraton at (603) 888-9970 and refer to the NHWPCA Annual Trade Fair.
EXHIBIT DEADLINE IS MARCH 27, 2026. Exhibit Registrations received prior will receive the discounted rate.
