CanCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in WRITING at least two weeks prior to any scheduled event and will incur a 25% service fee. Due to Association agreements and guarantees, no refunds will be made on registration fees less than two weeks prior to the event. Registration fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the event for which you are registered.
If a refund is given, it is given in the same format as received: if paid by check, refund is by check; if paid by credit card, refund goes through that card.
By registering for and participating in any event hosted by NHWPCA, you, on your behalf and on behalf of any other third party acting on your behalf (collectively “you” or “Attendee”) hereby agree to these Attendee Terms and Conditions, with NHWPCA.

Directions
The North Conway Water Precinct Wastewater Treatment Facility will host the annual NHWPCA Fall Meeting on Friday, September 11, 2026, highlighting recent upgrades to aeration, a backup generator, and full SCADA overhaul.
The tours will be of the North Conway Water Precinct WWTF on Sawmill Lane, where staff will walk attendees through the treatment process, which is centered around a 5-stage Bardenpho process. After the tours attendees are invited to a follow-up technical presentation and luncheon at the Red Fox Bar & Grille Iron Mountain Room, offering a cozy setting for networking with facility staff and environmental professionals.
