CanCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in WRITING at least two weeks prior to any scheduled event and will incur a 25% service fee. Due to Association agreements and guarantees, no refunds will be made on registration fees less than two weeks prior to the event. Registration fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the event for which you are registered.
If a refund is given, it is given in the same format as received: if paid by check, refund is by check; if paid by credit card, refund goes through that card.
By registering for and participating in any event hosted by NHWPCA, you, on your behalf and on behalf of any other third party acting on your behalf (collectively “you” or “Attendee”) hereby agree to these Attendee Terms and Conditions, with NHWPCA.

Directions
Control of fats, oils and grease (FOG) discharge to wastewater systems is essential for collection system health and proper wastewater treatment facility function. This class will showcase in detail how three New Hampshire community’s pretreatment programs manage food-service-establishments and FOG. You will also hear the results of a newly published study which evaluated how two local WWTFs generate revenue by accepting hauled grease at their facilities. The findings include the grease receiving infrastructure and operations at both facilities, costs and tipping fees, and recommendations for other WWTFs which may be considering a grease receiving program.
